- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all prices listed herein are subject to revision due to fluctuations in fabric costs, labor rates, and the Japanese national consumption tax.
- All Tailor services described in this document will be performed exclusively at our Japan Osaka workshop in Dotonbori, Chuo Ward. The client is welcome to visit the workshop for fittings, consultations, and final collection at any reasonable business hour (Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM JST).
- A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total, amounting to ¥ 258,940, is required at the time of order confirmation to secure the client's production slot in our Tailor workshop schedule. The remaining balance is due upon final garment collection.
- Estimated completion timeline: Bespoke suit — 21 business days; Dress shirts — 7 business days; Alterations — 5 business days; Kimono work — 10 business days; Trousers — 10 business days. Timelines are measured from the date of deposit receipt and may be extended by up to five business days in the event of fabric supply delays.
- All bespoke garments carry a complimentary re-adjustment period of fourteen (14) days from the date of final collection. Minor alterations (hem, cuff, waist) within this period are performed at no additional charge by our Tailor team in Japan Osaka.
- Client-supplied materials (as noted in items 3, 4, and 5) must be delivered to the workshop in clean, unstained condition. The Tailor establishment assumes no liability for pre-existing damage, shrinkage, or color bleeding of client-provided fabrics.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include shipping, courier, or international postage costs. All garments are to be collected in person at the Japan Osaka workshop address listed above, or the client may arrange a local courier at their own expense.
- Any changes to the scope of work, fabric selection, or design specifications after the initial measurement session will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and may affect the total cost and delivery timeline.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of Japan, with jurisdiction in the Osaka District Court, Chuo Ward.
