- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be adjusted based on current fabric costs and Tailor workshop availability in Japan Tokyo.
- A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required to commence any Tailor work. The remaining balance is due upon final fitting and garment collection at our Japan Tokyo atelier.
- All bespoke Tailor garments are made to the client's exact measurements. Due to the custom nature of the work, bespoke items are non-refundable once the cutting process has begun. Alterations within the first thirty (30) days of delivery are complimentary.
- The Tailor fitting sessions are conducted at our atelier located in Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Clients traveling from outside the Japan Tokyo metropolitan area may request a virtual consultation as a supplement to in-person fittings.
- All fabrics sourced for this Quotation Estimate are selected from certified mills in Biella, Italy, and Kyoto, Japan. Fabric samples will be presented during the first Tailor consultation session.
- Delivery timelines stated in this Quotation Estimate are estimates based on standard Tailor workshop capacity in Japan Tokyo. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, fabric supply disruptions) will be communicated within 48 hours.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include shipping or courier fees for international delivery. Domestic delivery within the Japan Tokyo 23-ward area is complimentary for orders exceeding ¥100,000.
- All Tailor work is performed by licensed master craftsmen registered with the Tokyo Tailors Association. Each garment carries a two-year structural warranty covering seams, linings, and button attachments.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer (Japanese domestic or international wire), credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB), or cash at the Japan Tokyo atelier. A formal invoice will accompany this Quotation Estimate upon acceptance.
