Note: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) and are subject to revision should raw material costs fluctuate by more than 5% during the validity period. All Tailor services listed herein are performed at our workshop located in Kazakhstan Almaty, Abai Avenue 145, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate becomes a binding agreement upon written acceptance by the client and a 50% advance payment received by Almaty Bespoke Tailor House. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery and approval of all garments.
Production Timeline: Standard bespoke Tailor garments require 21–28 working days from the initial fitting. Express service (10–14 working days) is available at an additional 25% surcharge on the applicable item cost.
Fittings: Each bespoke garment includes two fitting sessions at our Kazakhstan Almaty workshop. Additional fittings, if required, will be charged at 10,000 KZT per session.
Alterations: Minor post-delivery adjustments (within 14 days of collection) are complimentary. Structural alterations beyond the scope of the original Tailor specification will be quoted separately.
Materials: All fabrics are sourced from verified suppliers. The client may select from our in-house collection or provide their own material, in which case a 15% handling surcharge applies to the Tailor labor cost.
Warranty: Almaty Bespoke Tailor House provides a 12-month workmanship warranty on all bespoke garments. This covers stitching integrity, buttonhole construction, and structural seams. Damage caused by improper care or third-party alteration is excluded.
Confidentiality: All client measurements, design preferences, and business details shared during the Tailor consultation process are held in strict confidence and will not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes shall be resolved through the Almaty City Arbitration Court.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Kazakhstan Almaty region.
