Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuations in fabric costs and exchange rates applicable in Kenya Nairobi.
- All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of materials unless otherwise stated. VAT at the current rate of 16% is applied as per Kenya Revenue Authority regulations.
- A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount is required upon acceptance of this quotation to commence work. The remaining balance is due upon final fitting and before collection of garments.
- Our Tailor workshop in Nairobi guarantees a minimum of two (2) fitting sessions for all bespoke items. Additional fittings, if requested by the client, will be charged at KES 1,500 per session.
- Delivery within Nairobi city limits (CBD, Westlands, Kilimani, Lavington, and Karen) is included. Delivery to locations outside Nairobi, including Mombasa, Kisumu, or Nakuru, will incur an additional transport fee of KES 3,000 per trip.
- All bespoke garments carry a ninety (90) day workmanship warranty from the date of delivery. This covers stitching defects, lining issues, and structural faults. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper washing, storage, or wear.
- Client-provided fabrics are accepted at our Nairobi workshop, but our Tailor team reserves the right to assess fabric suitability before commencing work. No liability is accepted for pre-existing fabric defects.
- Confidentiality: All client measurements, design specifications, and corporate branding details shared with our Tailor studio in Kenya Nairobi shall be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer to our MCB Account (A/C: 0102-3456789, Branch: Westlands, Nairobi), M-Pesa Paybill 400221 (Account: NAIROBITAILOR), or by cheque made payable to Nairobi Elite Tailor & Garment Studio.
- This quotation does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and the deposit has been received. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya and resolved through the Nairobi Small Claims Court.
