Introduction & Scope of WorkThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Nakheel Premium Tailor, a distinguished bespoke Tailor house operating in the heart of Kuwait Kuwait City, to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs for the custom garment services requested by the client. Our Tailor workshop, established in Kuwait Kuwait City since 1998, specializes in hand-finished bespoke suits, traditional Kuwaiti dishdasha tailoring, formal evening wear, and corporate uniform programs. This Quotation Estimate covers the full cycle of consultation, fabric selection, pattern drafting, cutting, stitching, fitting, and final delivery of the garments specified below. All measurements and design preferences were recorded during the initial consultation session held at our Kuwait Kuwait City atelier on 10 June 2025.

- Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate becomes a binding agreement upon written or electronic acceptance by the client and receipt of the 50% deposit. The Tailor workshop in Kuwait Kuwait City will not commence production until the deposit is confirmed.
- Alterations: One complimentary post-delivery alteration session is included for all bespoke items. Additional alterations beyond the initial fitting will be charged at 12.000 KWD per hour of Tailor labor.
- Warranty: All bespoke garments carry a 12-month structural warranty covering stitching integrity, button attachment, and lining adhesion. This warranty is valid only for garments worn and maintained as instructed by our Tailor team.
- Confidentiality: All client measurements, design preferences, and corporate uniform specifications shared during this engagement are treated as confidential by Al-Nakheel Premium Tailor and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Kuwait Kuwait City.
- Force Majeure: The Tailor workshop shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to fabric supply chain disruptions, public holidays in Kuwait, or government-mandated closures.
- Payment Method: Payment may be made via bank transfer to Al-Nakheel Premium Tailor (Kuwait National Bank, Account: 001-4472-889), credit card (Visa/Mastercard), or cash at our Kuwait Kuwait City showroom. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Kuwait Tax Authority regulations.
By signing below, the client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate has been reviewed in full, all Tailor service descriptions and pricing have been understood, and the terms and conditions outlined herein are accepted. The client authorizes Al-Nakheel Premium Tailor, Kuwait Kuwait City, to proceed with the bespoke garment production as specified.
