- 1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Tailor service pricing may be subject to revision based on fabric market fluctuations in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- 2. Payment: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required to commence all Tailor work. The remaining balance of fifty percent (50%) is due upon final collection of all garments at our Malaysia Kuala Lumpur premises.
- 3. Timeline: The estimated completion timelines stated in this Quotation Estimate are based on standard workload. Delays caused by force majeure, extreme weather conditions in Kuala Lumpur, or client-requested design changes may extend the delivery schedule. The Tailor team will communicate any delays within twenty-four (24) hours.
- 4. Fittings: A minimum of two (2) fitting sessions are included for bespoke garments. Additional fittings beyond the included sessions will be charged at RM 100.00 per session. All fittings must be conducted at our Tailor workshop in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- 5. Alterations Post-Delivery: Minor adjustments (up to 2 cm) are complimentary within fourteen (14) days of collection. Major alterations beyond this period or exceeding 2 cm will be quoted separately by our Tailor team.
- 6. Cancellation: In the event the client cancels this Quotation Estimate after the deposit has been paid and Tailor work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation before work commences will incur a 10% administrative fee.
- 7. Quality Guarantee: Golden Needle Tailor House guarantees all stitching, construction, and finishing work for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of collection. Any defects in Tailor craftsmanship will be repaired at no additional cost.
- 8. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and all associated Tailor services are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
