This Quotation Estimate is issued by Casa de Sastre “El Artesano,” a licensed and registered Tailor workshop operating in the heart of Mexico, Mexico City, to provide Mr. Alejandro Ríos Mendoza with a detailed, itemized breakdown of costs associated with the bespoke tailoring services requested. Based on the initial consultation held on June 5, 2025, at our Tailor atelier located in the Del Valle neighborhood of Mexico City, the following bespoke garments and alterations have been requested. Our master Tailor team, with over twenty-five years of combined experience serving clients throughout Mexico and the broader region, will execute each item to the highest standard of craftsmanship.

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect changes in fabric costs, labor rates, or applicable tax regulations in Mexico.
Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the grand total, amounting to MXN $25,288.00, is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to reserve the Tailor workshop schedule. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due upon final delivery and client approval of the finished garments.
Payment Methods: Payment may be made via bank transfer (SPEI) to our account at Banco de Mexico, Mexico City branch; certified check; or in-person cash payment at our Mexico City atelier. Credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are accepted with a 3.5% processing surcharge.
Materials and Fabric: All fabrics specified in this Quotation Estimate are sourced from verified suppliers in Mexico City and international partners in Italy and Japan. Should a specified fabric become unavailable, our Tailor will present a comparable alternative for client approval before proceeding.
Delivery and Pickup: All completed garments will be available for pickup at our Tailor workshop in Mexico, Mexico City. Optional courier delivery within the Mexico City metropolitan area is available for an additional MXN $350.00 per shipment. International shipping is quoted separately.
Warranty: Our Tailor workshop guarantees all stitching, seams, and structural work for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship only and does not cover damage caused by improper care, washing, or wear.
Revisions: One (1) complimentary minor alteration (hem, sleeve length, minor fit adjustment) is included within thirty (30) days of delivery. Additional alterations will be quoted separately by our Tailor team.
Confidentiality: All client measurements, design preferences, and personal information shared during the tailoring process in Mexico City are treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by the commercial laws of the United Mexican States, with jurisdiction in the courts of Mexico, Mexico City.

Note: This Quotation Estimate reflects the best available pricing for Tailor services in Mexico, Mexico City, as of the issue date. Fabric prices are subject to fluctuation based on international textile market conditions. We recommend confirming the final Quotation Estimate in writing before the thirty-day validity period expires to lock in the quoted rates.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, agrees to the terms and conditions stated herein, and authorizes Casa de Sastre “El Artesano” to commence the Tailor work described above. The Tailor workshop in Mexico, Mexico City, will begin pattern drafting and material procurement within two (2) business days of receiving the signed acceptance and the required deposit.
