- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for Tailor services may be subject to revision due to fluctuating fabric costs in the Myanmar Yangon textile market.
- A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount is required to commence any Tailor work. The remaining balance shall be due upon final fitting and collection of the finished garments at our workshop in Yangon.
- All bespoke Tailor items are made to the client's exact measurements. Once cutting has commenced, no refunds or exchanges will be issued for changes in design or size. This policy is standard practice for all Tailor houses in Myanmar Yangon.
- Standard production time for custom Tailor garments is seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days, depending on complexity. The express service (Item 8) guarantees delivery within forty-eight (48) hours.
- One complimentary minor alteration (hem adjustment of up to 3 cm) is included with every Tailor item. Additional alterations will be charged at the standard rate of 12,000 MMK per adjustment.
- Payment may be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) via cash, bank transfer (CB Bank, AYA Bank, or KBZ Bank), or mobile payment (Wave Money, KBZPay). International clients may pay in USD at the prevailing Yangon exchange rate.
- All Tailor work is performed by skilled artisans at our workshop located on Bogyoke Avenue, Yangon. Clients are welcome to visit the workshop for fittings and consultations during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and the initial deposit has been received. Golden Lotus Tailor House reserves the right to decline any order that exceeds our current production capacity in Myanmar Yangon.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the Tailor services described herein shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, with jurisdiction in Yangon District Court.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Tailor services to be provided in Myanmar Yangon.
