Total in Words: One Hundred Twenty Thousand Six Hundred and Eighty-Four Nepalese Rupees Only (NPR 120,684/-).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision after the expiry date due to fluctuations in fabric costs in the Kathmandu market.
- A 50% advance payment (NPR 60,342) is required to commence the tailoring work. The remaining 50% balance (NPR 60,342) shall be due upon final fitting and delivery of the completed garments.
- Estimated completion time for all items listed above is twenty-one (21) working days from the date of advance payment receipt, subject to the workload of our Tailor team in Kathmandu.
- All garments will be hand-finished by our master Tailor and senior apprentices. We guarantee a minimum of three fitting sessions per major garment to ensure a perfect, personalised fit.
- Any changes to design, fabric, or measurements after the first fitting will be quoted separately and may affect the delivery timeline. Additional charges for such modifications will be communicated in writing before work proceeds.
- Our Tailor workshop in Kathmandu provides a 90-day warranty on all stitching, buttonwork, and structural integrity of the garments. Repairs within this period are complimentary.
- Payment may be made via cash, bank transfer (Nabil Bank, Kathmandu Main Branch, A/C No. 012-456789), or mobile banking (eSewa / Khalti). A VAT-compliant receipt will be issued for all transactions.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties sign and the advance payment is received. The final agreement will be documented on a separate Purchase Order form.
- All work is carried out in accordance with the standards set by the Nepal Garment Manufacturers Association and the Kathmandu Valley Tailors' Guild.
