1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in fabric costs or changes in New Zealand exchange rates affecting imported materials.
2. A deposit of 50% (NZD $2,070.00) is required to commence work on your commission. The remaining balance is due upon final collection of your garments from our Tailor workshop in New Zealand Auckland.
3. Estimated completion time for this bespoke commission is six (6) to eight (8) weeks from the date of deposit receipt, depending on fabric availability and our current workload at the Auckland workshop.
4. All measurements are taken by our senior Tailor during the initial consultation. The client is responsible for attending both intermediate fitting sessions at our premises in Ponsonby, Auckland. Failure to attend a scheduled fitting may result in a delay of up to two additional weeks.
5. Minor alterations (up to 2 cm adjustment) within 14 days of final collection are included complimentary. Any further alterations will be quoted separately by our Tailor team.
6. This Quotation Estimate is specific to the client named above and the garments described herein. It may not be transferred or applied to any other commission without written consent from Auckland Bespoke Tailor Co.
7. All work is performed in accordance with the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 of New Zealand. Our Tailor services carry a 12-month workmanship guarantee.
8. Payment may be made via bank transfer, EFTPOS, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). A 2% surcharge applies to credit card transactions exceeding NZD $500.
