* All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include standard materials unless otherwise noted. This Quotation Estimate does not include any additional charges that may arise from unforeseen structural issues discovered during the tailoring process. Any such additional work will be discussed with and approved by the client before proceeding.
Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuating material costs in the New Zealand market.
- A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to commence work on bespoke items. The remaining balance is due upon collection of the finished garments from our Wellington workshop.
- Estimated completion time for the bespoke suit and trousers is six (6) to eight (8) weeks from the date of deposit payment. Alteration and repair items will be completed within ten (10) working days.
- All bespoke tailoring work is guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of collection. This guarantee covers workmanship defects only and does not extend to normal wear and tear or damage caused by the client.
- Client-supplied garments must be collected within fourteen (14) days of the completion notification. A storage fee of $15.00 per week will apply thereafter.
- Our Tailor workshop operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Fittings and collections must be scheduled during these hours.
- By accepting this Quotation Estimate, the client agrees to the above terms and acknowledges that all work will be performed at our premises in Te Aro, Wellington, New Zealand.
- This document constitutes a formal Quotation Estimate and does not represent a binding contract until the client signs below and the deposit is received.
