This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Tailor reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in fabric costs within Nigeria Abuja and the broader Nigerian textile market.
A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total, amounting to NGN 563,387.50, is required to commence all Tailor work. The balance shall be due upon final fitting and collection of garments.
All bespoke garments will be constructed at our Tailor workshop located in Garki Area 11, Nigeria Abuja. The client is welcome to visit the workshop for intermediate fittings at no additional charge.
Delivery timelines stated in this Quotation Estimate are estimates based on standard workload. Delays caused by force majeure, fabric supply disruptions in Nigeria, or client-requested design changes may extend completion dates.
One (1) complimentary alteration is included per garment within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Subsequent alterations will be charged at NGN 8,500 per item as per our standard Tailor rate card.
All fabrics sourced from our Tailor inventory in Nigeria Abuja are of premium grade. If the client supplies their own fabric, the Tailor assumes no liability for fabric defects, shrinkage, or colour inconsistency.
Payment may be made via bank transfer to our account at Zenith Bank PLC, Abuja Branch (Account Name: Abuja Prestige Tailor & Fashion House, Account No: 1024-558-7721), or by certified bank draft. Cash payments above NGN 100,000 require a receipt.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and the deposit has been received. The Tailor is not obligated to accept all line items; partial acceptance is permitted with a minimum order value of NGN 50,000.
Confidentiality: All client measurements, design preferences, and personal information shared with our Tailor in Nigeria Abuja shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties.
Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of failure to resolve, the matter shall be referred to the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Consumer Protection Council in Abuja, Nigeria.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth by the Tailor provider in Nigeria Abuja. The Tailor confirms readiness to execute the services described herein upon receipt of the required deposit.
