The Quotation Estimate above encompasses the complete lifecycle of each garment: from the initial body measurement session conducted by our senior Tailor, through pattern drafting on traditional and modern drafting boards, fabric cutting, sewing, hand-finishing, and final quality inspection. All work will be performed at our registered Tailor facility located in Saddar, Pakistan Karachi, ensuring that every stitch meets the exacting standards expected by our discerning clients across the city.

The fabrics listed in this Quotation Estimate have been sourced from verified suppliers in Karachi's renowned textile markets, including the famous fabric bazaars of Bolton Bazaar and the wholesale districts near Karachi Port. Should the client wish to substitute any fabric, a revised Quotation Estimate will be issued within 48 hours reflecting the updated material costs.

• A 50% advance payment (PKR 67,614) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the production slot and reserve fabric materials.
• The remaining 50% (PKR 67,614) shall be payable upon final fitting approval and prior to delivery.
• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer (HBL, Meezan, UBL), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or cash at our Pakistan Karachi office.
• A 5% late payment surcharge will apply if the balance is not settled within 7 days of the final fitting date.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, fabric and labor rates may be revised, and a new Quotation Estimate will be required.
• All garments are crafted by our in-house Tailor team. No work is outsourced to third-party workshops outside of Pakistan Karachi.
• Two free alteration visits are included post-delivery within 14 days. Additional alterations will be charged at PKR 500 per visit.
• The client is responsible for fabric care as per the care labels provided. Damage due to improper washing or storage is not covered under our workmanship guarantee.
• Our workmanship guarantee covers all stitching, seams, and structural integrity for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
• In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, government-mandated closure, etc.), timelines will be extended proportionally, and the client will be notified in writing.
• This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued exclusively to the named client.
• Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan Karachi, Sindh Province.
