Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted due to fluctuations in fabric costs and exchange rates applicable in Peru Lima.
- A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount, equivalent to S/ 8,504.85, is required to commence production. The remaining balance of fifty percent (50%) is due upon final delivery and approval of the garments at our Tailor workshop in Peru Lima.
- Estimated production time: The bespoke two-piece suit and three-piece suit require a minimum of twenty-one (21) business days. The tuxedo set requires fourteen (14) business days. Dress shirts require seven (7) business days. All timelines begin upon receipt of the deposit and completion of the initial measurement session.
- All garments are crafted by our in-house Tailor team in Peru Lima. We do not outsource any stage of production. Each piece undergoes quality inspection by our head Tailor before delivery.
- Two complimentary minor alterations (hemming, sleeve adjustment, waist tapering) are included within thirty (30) days of final delivery. Additional alterations will be quoted separately at S/ 60.00 per adjustment.
- Fabric selection is subject to availability. Should the specified fabric be unavailable, our Tailor team will present equivalent alternatives of comparable quality and price for your approval before cutting begins.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include shipping or courier services. Garments may be collected from our atelier at Av. Javier Prado Este 1245, San Isidro, Peru Lima, or arranged for delivery within the Lima Metropolitan Region at an additional cost of S/ 35.00 per shipment.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer (BCP, Interbank, or BBVA Peru Lima branches), corporate card, or cash at our office. A formal invoice (Factura) will be issued upon full payment in compliance with SUNAFIL and SUNAT regulations in Peru.
- Any changes to the design, fabric, or specifications after the cutting stage will incur an additional charge of S/ 250.00 per modification, as the original pattern and cut fabric cannot be reused.
- This Quotation Estimate is a formal commercial proposal and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties sign the acceptance document and the deposit is received.
