From the date of confirmed order and receipt of the initial deposit, our Tailor team in Philippines Manila will complete all garments within twenty-one (21) calendar days. The schedule is as follows: Day 1–3 for pattern drafting and fabric cutting; Day 4–12 for construction and assembly; Day 13 for the second fitting; Day 14–18 for final adjustments and finishing; Day 19–21 for quality control, pressing, and preparation for client pickup at our Manila workshop.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision after the validity period due to fluctuations in fabric costs and exchange rates affecting imported materials sourced for our Tailor operations in Philippines Manila.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount (PHP 22,176.00) is required to commence production. The remaining 50% balance (PHP 22,176.00) is due upon final fitting and before garment release.
- All measurements are taken at our workshop located in Makati City, Philippines Manila. The client is responsible for attending all scheduled fitting sessions. Rescheduling must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
- Fabric selection is final once cutting has commenced. Any change in fabric after the cutting stage will incur an additional surcharge of PHP 2,500.00 per garment.
- Our Tailor workshop guarantees workmanship quality. Any defects in stitching, alignment, or construction discovered within thirty (30) days of delivery will be repaired at no additional charge.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer (BDO, BPI, or Metrobank), cash, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). A 3% convenience fee applies to credit card transactions.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include dry cleaning, storage, or shipping. Garments must be collected from our Philippines Manila workshop. Courier delivery within Metro Manila is available at an additional PHP 350.00.
- All intellectual property rights to custom patterns drafted for the client remain with Manila Bespoke Tailor House. Patterns may be retained for future reorders at the client's discretion.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with jurisdiction in the courts of Philippines Manila.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the bespoke Tailor services to be rendered in Philippines Manila. This document, once signed by both parties, constitutes a binding agreement between Manila Bespoke Tailor House and the client.
