Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in fabric costs and exchange rates applicable in Qatar Doha.
- A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate value is required to commence production. The remaining balance is due upon final fitting approval at our Tailor workshop in Doha.
- All bespoke garments produced by our Tailor team in Qatar Doha carry a complimentary alteration window of fourteen (14) days from the date of final delivery. This covers minor adjustments to length, waist, and sleeve measurements.
- Production timelines: Bespoke suits require 10–14 working days; Thobes require 5–7 working days; Shirts require 4–5 working days; Evening gowns require 12–15 working days. Timelines are calculated from the date of deposit receipt and final measurement confirmation.
- All fabrics listed in this Quotation Estimate are sourced from our approved suppliers in Italy, Britain, and Egypt. Substitutions of equivalent quality will be made only with prior written consent from the client.
- As a registered Tailor business in Qatar Doha, we are fully compliant with the Qatar Commercial Law and the Qatar Standards and Metrology Organisation (QS) regulations. All garments meet the applicable quality and safety standards.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a signed Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
- Any additional services, rush fees, or design modifications requested after the initial consultation will be quoted separately and are not included in this Quotation Estimate.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer to our corporate account at QNB Bank, Doha Branch, or by credit card (Visa/Mastercard). Cheques are accepted with a 5% surcharge.
- Our Tailor workshop in Qatar Doha operates Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Fitting appointments must be scheduled in advance.
