Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is a formal, non-binding offer issued by Atelier Moskovsky Shvy, a registered Tailor enterprise in Russia Moscow, and remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs, labor rates, or applicable tax regulations within the Moscow region.
- All prices stated in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Russian Rubles (RUB) and include the cost of standard materials unless otherwise specified. Premium or imported fabrics (e.g., Loro Piana, Ermenegildo Zegna) will be quoted separately upon client selection during the initial Tailor consultation in Moscow.
- A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount, equivalent to &rub; 89,040, is required to commence work. The remaining balance is due upon final fitting approval and before garment collection from our Russia Moscow studio at 12 Tverskaya Street.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer to the company account (Sberbank, Moscow branch), cash at the studio, or through approved electronic payment systems. All payments are subject to the fiscal regulations of the Russian Federation and will be accompanied by a formal receipt (kassa chek).
- The Tailor team reserves the right to request an additional fitting if significant adjustments are identified during the construction process. Any additional fittings beyond those listed in this Quotation Estimate will be charged at &rub; 2,500 per session.
- All bespoke garments produced under this Quotation Estimate carry a ninety-day (90-day) warranty on workmanship, valid from the date of final delivery in Russia Moscow. This warranty covers stitching defects, lining failures, and structural issues attributable to the Tailor's workmanship but does not cover fabric wear, accidental damage, or alterations performed by a third party.
- Client-provided materials (fabric, buttons, zippers, linings) are accepted at our Tailor studio in Moscow. The client assumes full responsibility for the quality and suitability of such materials. Our Tailor will inspect all client-supplied materials at the time of receipt and note any concerns in writing.
- Delivery within the Moscow city limits is included in this Quotation Estimate. Delivery to locations outside Moscow (e.g., Saint Petersburg, Kaluga, Tula) will incur an additional courier fee of &rub; 1,500 to &rub; 4,000 depending on distance, to be confirmed prior to dispatch.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until both parties have signed and dated the acceptance section below. Upon signed acceptance, a formal service agreement will be generated in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- Any disputes arising from the execution of this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through negotiation between the client and the Tailor workshop management. In the event of unresolved disagreement, matters shall be referred to the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow, Russia.
