1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, the Tailor workshop reserves the right to re-evaluate material costs and issue an updated Quotation Estimate reflecting current market prices in Russia Saint Petersburg.
2. Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total, amounting to &rub; 90,360, is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the production slot. The remaining balance of &rub; 90,360 is payable upon final fitting approval and prior to garment collection. Payment may be made by bank transfer to the account of Atelier de Couture SPb, OOO, or by cash at the Russia Saint Petersburg atelier.
3. Production Timeline: The estimated completion period for all bespoke items listed in this Quotation Estimate is twenty-one (21) business days from the date of deposit receipt and final measurement confirmation. The Tailor team will notify the client at least three business days in advance of the scheduled fitting appointment.
4. Fittings and Adjustments: One complimentary fitting is included for each bespoke garment. Additional fittings or alterations beyond the scope described in this Quotation Estimate will be charged at the standard Tailor rate of &rub; 2,500 per hour, subject to a minimum charge of one hour.
5. Cancellation Policy: In the event the client cancels the order after the deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable as it covers material procurement and pattern-making costs already incurred by the Tailor workshop.
6. Quality Guarantee: Atelier de Couture guarantees all workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of collection. Any defects in stitching, construction, or finishing arising under normal wear will be repaired at no additional cost at our Russia Saint Petersburg facility.
7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the civil legislation of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Russia Saint Petersburg.
