Every piece in this Quotation Estimate is crafted using a combination of hand-stitching and precision machine work to ensure durability, elegance, and a flawless fit. The bespoke Thobe will be constructed using a full toile (muslin fitting) process, where a preliminary garment is sewn in calico fabric to confirm measurements before cutting the final premium cotton. The formal suit will feature a half-canvas construction with a hand-padded shoulder, ensuring a structured yet comfortable silhouette. Upon receipt of your signed approval of this Quotation Estimate and the initial deposit, our Tailor team will schedule your first measurement appointment within five (5) business days at our workshop on King Fahd Road, Jeddah. The estimated production timeline is as follows: Thobe and Shemagh/Ghutra set — 10 business days; Formal Suit — 18 business days; Bisht with gold embroidery — 22 business days. All garments will be ready for a final fitting and collection at our Saudi Arabia Jeddah premises, or delivered to your specified address within the Jeddah metro area at no additional charge beyond the delivery fee listed above.

A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total amount (SAR 5,980.00) is required to commence work on the garments specified in this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% balance (SAR 8,970.00) shall be due upon final fitting approval and prior to delivery. Payment may be made via bank transfer to our Saudi Arabian account, Mada, or in-store cash payment at our Jeddah workshop. All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of the 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority of Saudi Arabia.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in fabric costs or exchange rates.
• All bespoke garments are made to the client's exact measurements. Once the final fabric is cut, alterations beyond the included fitting sessions will be charged at SAR 100 per adjustment.
• Our Tailor workshop in Saudi Arabia Jeddah operates Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Friday 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Saturday is a closed day in accordance with local regulations.
• Client-provided fabrics are accepted for tailoring at a reduced labor rate; however, our Tailor team assumes no liability for defects or shrinkage in client-supplied materials.
• A 30-day quality guarantee is provided on all stitching, seams, and structural elements. Any manufacturing defect reported within this period will be repaired at no cost by our Tailor workshop.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and the initial deposit has been received.
