- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for Tailor services and materials may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% due upon final delivery and client sign-off. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the Tailor provider's designated account in Saudi Arabia.
- All bespoke Tailor garments are made to the client's exact measurements. Once the cutting process has commenced, modifications to the design or dimensions may incur additional charges as determined by the lead Tailor.
- The estimated turnaround times stated in this Quotation Estimate are based on standard workload at our Riyadh workshop. During peak seasons (Ramadan, National Day, and wedding season), delivery times may extend by up to five (5) additional working days.
- One complimentary alteration session is included per bespoke garment. Additional alterations beyond the included session will be charged at the standard Tailor alteration rate of SAR 85 per garment.
- All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. Any defects in stitching, construction, or finishing will be repaired at no additional cost by our Tailor team in Riyadh.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or signed Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The Tailor provider reserves the right to decline any order that exceeds current workshop capacity.
- All personal data collected during the measurement and fitting process will be handled in compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and will be used solely for the purpose of garment fabrication.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Tailor services rendered shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh.
