The Tailor workshop in Senegal Dakar commits to the following production schedule for this Quotation Estimate. All timelines begin upon receipt of the 50% advance payment and final fabric approval by the client:
- Item 01 (Bespoke Suit): 21 calendar days from fabric confirmation, including two fitting appointments.
- Item 02 (Boubou): 10 calendar days from fabric confirmation, including one fitting appointment.
- Item 03 (Tailored Dress): 14 calendar days from fabric confirmation, including two fitting appointments.
- Items 04 & 05 (Alterations & Embroidery): 5 calendar days from garment drop-off at the atelier.
- Item 06 (Pressing & QC): Completed within 24 hours of final garment assembly.
- 50% advance payment (303,850 XOF) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- Remaining 50% balance (303,850 XOF) due upon final delivery and client sign-off at the Tailor atelier in Senegal Dakar.
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer (BCEAO), mobile money (Orange Money, Wave, Free Money), or cash at the atelier.
- Late payments beyond 7 days of the due date will incur a 2% monthly surcharge as per Senegalese commercial code.
