Important Note: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in fabric costs, exchange rates, or operational adjustments within our Tailor workshop in South Africa Johannesburg. A 50% deposit is required to commence work on all bespoke items. The remaining 50% is due upon final fitting approval and collection.
- Payment may be made via EFT to our registered business account, or by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) at our Tailor workshop in Maboneng, Johannesburg.
- All bespoke garments are constructed to the client's exact measurements by our senior Tailor. Minor adjustments (up to 2 cm) are included free of charge within 30 days of delivery.
- Any additional alterations beyond the included adjustments will be quoted separately at our standard Tailor alteration rate of R 150.00 per adjustment.
- Lead times stated in this Quotation Estimate are estimates based on our current workload. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated within 24 hours.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a signed service agreement is executed by both parties at our Tailor premises in South Africa Johannesburg.
- Our Tailor workshop operates Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30, and Saturday 09:00–13:00. Fittings must be scheduled within these hours.
- All work is covered by our workshop insurance. The client is responsible for the safekeeping of any personal garments left at the workshop beyond the agreed collection date.
