- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs, labor rates, or exchange rates relevant to our Tailor operations in Seoul, South Korea.
- Payment Terms: A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required upon acceptance to secure the Tailor's production schedule. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due upon final fitting approval and before garment collection at our Seoul workshop.
- Production Timeline: Standard bespoke garments require fourteen (14) to twenty-one (21) business days from the initial measurement session to final delivery. Express services, as itemized above, reduce this to forty-eight (48) hours for a single item. Timelines are subject to the Tailor's current workload in Seoul, South Korea.
- Fittings: Each bespoke garment includes up to three (3) in-person fitting sessions at our Tailor atelier in Mapo-gu, Seoul. Additional fittings beyond the included number will be charged at 45,000 KRW per session.
- Revisions: Minor alterations (hemming, minor sleeve adjustment) are included. Major structural changes (re-cutting of panels, complete re-lining) will require a supplementary Quotation Estimate and additional charges.
- Warranty: All Tailor workmanship is guaranteed for ninety (90) days from the date of final delivery. This warranty covers stitching defects, button detachment, and lining separation. It does not cover damage caused by improper care, dry-cleaning errors, or normal wear.
