The estimated production period for all garments listed in this Quotation Estimate is eight to ten weeks from the date of the initial measurement session. The bespoke suit and dinner jacket will require a minimum of six weeks for canvas construction and hand-finishing. The overcoat, due to its double-faced cashmere material, will require approximately eight weeks. Dress shirts will be ready within three weeks. All fitting sessions will be scheduled at our Tailor premises in Spain Barcelona at mutually convenient times.

• 1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in fabric costs or changes in the Tailor workshop's operational expenses in Spain Barcelona.
• 2. A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (EUR 3,492.06) is required to commence production. The remaining 60% is due upon final delivery and acceptance of all garments.
• 3. All bespoke garments are made to the client's exact measurements. Due to the nature of the Tailor craft, no returns or exchanges are permitted on made-to-measure items. However, our complimentary alteration policy (Item 08) ensures a perfect final fit.
• 4. The client agrees to attend all scheduled fitting sessions at our Tailor atelier in Spain Barcelona. Failure to attend a scheduled fitting without 48 hours' notice may result in a delay fee of EUR 50 per missed session.
• 5. Fabric samples and swatches will be presented during the initial consultation. The final fabric selection must be confirmed in writing before production begins.
• 6. This Quotation Estimate does not include shipping or courier services. All garments must be collected in person from our Tailor workshop at Passeig de Gràcia, 142, Barcelona, Spain.
• 7. Any additional services, extra garments, or changes to the original specifications requested after production has commenced will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately.
