- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 12 July 2025, prices may be revised to reflect changes in fabric costs or exchange rates applicable in Spain.
- A non-refundable deposit of 40% (EUR 2,018.28) is required to commence work. The remaining 60% is due upon final collection of the garments at our Tailor workshop in Madrid.
- Estimated completion time for the bespoke suit and tuxedo is eight (8) weeks from the date of the first fitting. The dress shirt and accessories will be ready within four (4) weeks.
- All garments are crafted exclusively by our master Tailor team in Madrid, Spain. No production is outsourced. Each piece carries a two-year warranty on construction defects.
- Alterations beyond the three included fittings will be charged at EUR 45.00 per adjustment, as per standard Tailor practice in Madrid.
- Client measurements are taken in our atelier and stored securely in accordance with the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPDGDD) and EU GDPR regulations.
- Payment may be made by bank transfer to our Madrid account (IBAN: ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332), credit/debit card, or in cash at the workshop. No payment is accepted via third-party platforms.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and the deposit has been received. The final agreement will be issued as a separate purchase order.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of Spain, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid.
