Note: This Quotation Estimate is based on the measurements and fabric selections discussed during your initial consultation on 10 June 2025 at our Sri Lanka Colombo workshop. Any changes to fabric type, design specifications, or quantity after acceptance of this quotation will result in a revised estimate issued within 48 hours. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THIS QUOTATION ESTIMATE

Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision based on fluctuations in raw material costs in the Sri Lanka Colombo textile market.
Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% (LKR 126,673.00) is required upon acceptance of this quotation to commence production. The remaining 50% balance is due upon final fitting and collection of garments.
Production Timeline: The complete order, as detailed in this Quotation Estimate, will be ready for final fitting within twenty-one (21) working days from the date of deposit receipt. The Tailor team will schedule two intermediate fitting sessions at our Colombo 03 premises.
Quality Guarantee: Heritage Tailor House guarantees all workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days. Any stitching defects, seam failures, or structural issues arising from our Tailor's work will be repaired at no additional cost.
Alterations Post-Delivery: Minor adjustments (up to 2 cm) within the first fourteen days of delivery are complimentary. Subsequent alterations will be charged at the standard Sri Lanka Colombo rate of LKR 1,800 per item.
Confidentiality: All client measurements, design preferences, and personal information shared during the tailoring process are treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved amicably. In the event of unresolved disagreement, the matter shall be referred to the Colombo District Court in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
Force Majeure: The Tailor workshop shall not be held liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or other events beyond reasonable control, which are common considerations in the Sri Lanka Colombo business environment.

ACCEPTANCE

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate. The signed copy shall serve as a binding agreement between Heritage Tailor House (Pvt) Ltd. and the client for the Tailor services described herein.
