Important Note: This Quotation Estimate reflects the current pricing structure of our Tailor atelier in Switzerland Zurich. All bespoke garments are crafted entirely by hand in our workshop located on Bahnhofstrasse. Fabric selections may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability from our European suppliers. The final colour and shade will be confirmed during the initial Tailor consultation appointment. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision due to fluctuating fabric costs in the Switzerland Zurich market.
2. Payment Schedule: A deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance. The remaining 60% is payable upon final fitting and collection of the completed Tailor garments.
3. Production Timeline: Bespoke suits require a minimum of six (6) weeks from the initial measurement session to final delivery. The Tailor overcoat and shirts may be completed within four (4) weeks. Exact timelines will be confirmed by your dedicated Tailor consultant.
4. Fittings: Each bespoke garment includes a minimum of three (3) fitting sessions at our Switzerland Zurich atelier. Additional fittings, if required, will be charged at CHF 60.00 per session.
5. Cancellations: In the event of cancellation after the initial pattern has been drafted, the 40% deposit is non-refundable as the Tailor pattern work is bespoke and cannot be reused.
6. Warranty: All Tailor garments carry a twelve-month workmanship warranty covering stitching, button attachment, and structural integrity. This warranty is valid throughout Switzerland, including all cantons.
7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Canton of Zürich, Switzerland Zurich. Any disputes shall be resolved through the local arbitration board.
8. Privacy: All client measurements and personal data are handled in strict accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/DSP).
