The scope of this Quotation Estimate covers the full-cycle production of formal and semi-formal garments as requested by the client, including initial consultation, pattern drafting, fabric sourcing guidance, cutting, sewing, pressing, and final quality inspection. All work will be carried out at our Tailor workshop located in Kariakoo, Tanzania Dar es Salaam, and the client will be invited for at least two fitting sessions prior to final delivery.

• Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in fabric costs or exchange rates applicable in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
• Payment Terms: A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the grand total is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to reserve the Tailor workshop schedule. The remaining balance is due upon final fitting approval and before garment collection.
• Production Timeline: Standard bespoke garments will be completed within fourteen (14) working days from the date of the first fitting. Rush orders (seven working days) attract a surcharge of twenty-five percent (25%) on the Tailor labour component.
• Fittings: Two (2) fitting sessions are included. Additional fittings beyond the included number will be charged at TZS 10,000 per session.
• Revisions: One (1) round of minor alterations (up to 2 cm adjustment) after final delivery is included free of charge. Major structural changes will be re-quoted.
• Warranty: Swahili Couture & Tailoring House guarantees all stitching and construction work for a period of ninety (90) days. Any seam failure or structural defect within this period will be repaired at no cost by our Tailor team.
• Liability: The Tailor workshop shall not be held liable for damage to client-supplied fabrics caused by pre-existing defects, improper storage, or force majeure events. All client-supplied materials are handled with due care in our Tanzania Dar es Salaam facility.
• Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Tanzania Dar es Salaam before resorting to litigation.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, pricing, and conditions outlined herein for the Tailor services to be performed in Tanzania Dar es Salaam. This document does not constitute a binding contract until the deposit has been received and a formal work order has been issued by the Tailor workshop.
