- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in fabric costs within the Thailand Bangkok textile market.
- A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount is required to commence the Tailor work. The remaining balance is due upon final fitting and collection of garments at our Bangkok workshop.
- All bespoke Tailor garments are made to the client's exact measurements. Due to the custom nature of the work, items cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is identified by our quality assurance team.
- Standard production time for a full bespoke suit is seven (7) to ten (10) business days. Additional items may extend the timeline. Our Tailor team in Thailand Bangkok will provide a confirmed delivery date upon receipt of the deposit.
- Up to three (3) fitting sessions are included. Any additional fittings beyond this will be charged at 1,500 THB per session.
- Fabric selection is subject to availability. Should the specified fabric be unavailable, our Tailor will propose an equivalent alternative of similar quality and price, subject to client approval.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include international shipping, customs duties, or import taxes. For clients residing outside Thailand Bangkok, a separate shipping quotation will be provided upon request.
- All work is performed by skilled artisans at our registered Tailor facility in Khlong Toei, Bangkok. Clients are welcome to visit the workshop during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) for fittings and consultations.
- Payment may be made in Thai Baht (THB), US Dollars (USD), or via international bank transfer. Credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard) are accepted at a 2.5% surcharge.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, with jurisdiction in the Bangkok Metropolitan Court.
