Upon receipt of the 50% deposit and written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, our Tailor team in Turkey Istanbul will commence pattern drafting within three (3) business days. The full production cycle, including both fitting sessions, is estimated at twenty-eight (28) calendar days from the initial measurement appointment. The final garments will be ready for dispatch from our Tailor workshop no later than 12 July 2025. Please note that during the peak season in Turkey Istanbul (June through September), lead times may extend by up to seven (7) additional working days due to high demand at our atelier.

• Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 50% (€ 2,607.50) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 50% (€ 2,607.50) is payable upon completion of the second fitting and prior to dispatch from our Tailor facility in Turkey Istanbul.
• Payment Methods: Bank transfer (IBAN: TR33 0006 4000 0011 2345 6789 01), credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), or PayPal. All transactions are processed in EUR.
• Alterations: One round of minor post-delivery alterations (up to 3 cm per seam) is included free of charge. Any further adjustments will be quoted separately by our Tailor master fitter.
• Fabric Substitution: Should the specified fabric be unavailable at the time of cutting, our Tailor team in Turkey Istanbul will present three comparable alternatives for your written approval before proceeding.
• Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) days from the issue date. Prices are subject to revision based on fluctuating fabric costs in the Istanbul textile markets.
• Intellectual Property: All bespoke patterns created by our Tailor house remain the property of Istanbul Heritage Tailor House. A digital copy of your pattern is stored securely for future reorders.
• Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey.
