Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, the Tailor pricing may be adjusted to reflect current fabric costs in Uganda Kampala.
- A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required to commence Tailor production. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery and client acceptance of all garments.
- All Tailor services listed in this Quotation Estimate will be executed at our primary workshop located on Kampala Road, Uganda Kampala, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Delivery timelines stated are estimates based on standard Tailor workload. Delays caused by force majeure, fabric supply disruptions, or client-requested design changes will extend the timeline proportionally.
- The client shall provide all necessary measurements, fabric selections, and design approvals within five (5) working days of accepting this Quotation Estimate to avoid production delays.
- All bespoke Tailor garments come with one complimentary fitting adjustment within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Subsequent alterations will be charged at our standard Tailor rate of UGX 75,000 per item.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer to our Uganda Kampala account, mobile money (MTN/Airtel), or certified cheque. All payments are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and stamped by both parties. The Tailor workshop reserves the right to decline orders that exceed our current production capacity in Kampala.
- Confidentiality: All client measurements, design specifications, and corporate branding details shared for Tailor purposes will be treated as strictly confidential by our Uganda Kampala team.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Kampala, Uganda, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
