- This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al Noor Bespoke Tailoring House, a registered Tailor and bespoke garment atelier operating in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total, amounting to 4,173.75 AED, is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to commence the Tailor work. The remaining balance of 4,173.75 AED shall be due upon final delivery and client approval of the finished garments.
- The estimated completion timeline of twenty-one (21) working days is calculated from the date of the initial measurement session. Delays caused by client-requested design changes, fabric unavailability, or force majeure events will extend the timeline accordingly.
- All bespoke Tailor garments produced under this estimate are covered by a ninety (90) day workmanship warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers stitching defects, seam failures, and structural issues but does not cover normal wear, shrinkage due to improper care, or damage caused by the client.
- The client acknowledges that bespoke Tailor work involves hand-craftsmanship and minor variations in stitching, fabric drape, and finishing are inherent to the process and do not constitute defects.
- All personal data collected during the measurement and fitting process shall be handled in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
- Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the Tailor services rendered shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and stamped by both parties. The Tailor reserves the right to withdraw this estimate if the deposit is not received within seven (7) calendar days of the issue date.
