- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuating fabric import costs in the United Arab Emirates Dubai market.
- A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate value is required to commence the Tailor production process. The remaining balance is due upon final fitting approval and garment collection.
- All bespoke garments are constructed exclusively for the named client. In the event of cancellation after production has commenced, the client shall be liable for all materials and labour costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
- Delivery timelines stated in this Quotation Estimate are estimates based on standard workshop capacity. Delays caused by force majeure, fabric supply disruptions, or client-requested design changes may extend the timeline. Our Tailor team in Dubai will communicate any schedule adjustments within 48 hours.
- All garments are covered by a ninety-day (90-day) workmanship warranty from the date of final delivery. This warranty covers stitching defects, structural failures, and fitting issues attributable to the Tailor workshop. It does not cover damage caused by improper care, washing, or storage.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer to our United Arab Emirates Dubai corporate account, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), or cash at our Deira City Centre workshop. All transactions are processed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Upon acceptance, a formal Service Agreement will be executed in accordance with the commercial laws of the United Arab Emirates Dubai jurisdiction.
- Client measurements and design preferences are held in strict confidence by our Tailor house and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
- Any additional services, fabric upgrades, or design modifications requested after this Quotation Estimate has been accepted will be subject to a supplementary quotation at our standard Tailor rates.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Tailor services in the United Arab Emirates Dubai and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above. The Tailor workshop will commence production upon receipt of the required deposit and signed acceptance.
