A non-refundable deposit of 40% (£1,207.20, inclusive of VAT) is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to reserve the commission slot and procure bespoke fabrics. The remaining balance of 60% (£1,810.80, inclusive of VAT) is due in full at the final fitting, prior to collection of the completed garments. Payment may be made by bank transfer, debit/credit card, or cheque. Our Tailor workshop in Birmingham accepts all major card networks. A receipt will be issued in accordance with United Kingdom tax regulations.
4. Timeline and DeliveryThe total production timeline from the initial measurement session to final collection is approximately ten weeks. Given the wedding date of 20 September 2025, the initial consultation is scheduled for 18 June 2025, and final collection is anticipated by 12 September 2025. All fittings will take place at our Tailor premises on New Street, Birmingham, United Kingdom. The client is requested to attend all scheduled fittings in person to ensure the highest standard of fit and finish.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change upon expiry due to fluctuations in fabric and material costs within the United Kingdom market.
- All garments are constructed to the client's exact measurements by our master Tailor and are made to order. Cancellations after the initial measurement session will incur a 50% charge of the total Quotation Estimate value.
- Any changes to the design, fabric, or specifications after the initial consultation may result in additional charges, which will be communicated in writing prior to commencement of the revised work.
- Post-wedding alterations are limited to four minor adjustments (e.g., hem length, sleeve length, waist take-in) within thirty days of collection. Further alterations will be quoted separately at our standard Tailor rate of £12.00 per hour.
- All work is carried out in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and applicable United Kingdom trade regulations. A twelve-month guarantee on workmanship is provided from the date of final collection.
- Garments must be collected within fourteen days of the final fitting date. Storage beyond this period may incur a weekly fee of £5.00. Our Tailor workshop in Birmingham is not responsible for loss or damage to garments left uncollected beyond the stated period.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until the deposit has been received and a signed copy of this document has been returned to our Birmingham office.
