- This Quotation Estimate is issued by Thameside Bespoke Tailor Ltd., a registered company in England and Wales (Company No. 07854321), with its principal workshop located in United Kingdom London. All services described herein shall be performed at our Savile Row atelier unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The client shall provide a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount, being £3,513.00, prior to the commencement of any bespoke Tailor work. The remaining balance shall be due upon final fitting and collection of the finished garments.
- All bespoke garments carry a minimum production timeline of four to six weeks from the date of the initial measurement appointment. The Tailor reserves the right to extend this timeline by up to one additional week in cases of exceptional workshop demand, with prior written notice to the client.
- Alteration and restoration work, as itemised in references 03, 04, 06, and 07 of this Quotation Estimate, shall be completed within ten to fourteen working days unless the client requests expedited service, in which case a priority surcharge of 25% shall apply to the relevant line items.
- The client is entitled to two (2) complimentary fitting sessions for each bespoke garment. Any additional fittings requested beyond this allowance shall be charged at £75.00 per session, as determined by our Master Tailor.
- All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final collection. This guarantee covers defects in stitching, construction, and structural integrity. It does not cover damage caused by improper care, wear, or third-party alteration.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties. Upon execution, it shall form part of the client's service agreement with our Tailor in United Kingdom London.
- All personal data collected in connection with this Quotation Estimate shall be processed in accordance with the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our privacy policy is available at our London premises and upon request.
- Payment may be made by bank transfer to our United Kingdom London account, by major credit or debit card, or by cheque. No work shall commence until the deposit has been received and cleared in full.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom London.
