This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by Ashworth & Sterling Tailors Ltd., a bespoke and made-to-measure Tailor operating from the heart of United Kingdom Manchester, to provide Mr. Jonathan R. Whitfield with a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of all costs associated with the commissioning of a full bespoke three-piece suit, a formal evening jacket, and associated alterations. All pricing is quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and reflects the current rates of our Tailor workshop in Manchester as of the date of issue.

As a dedicated Tailor with over thirty-five years of combined experience serving clients across United Kingdom Manchester and the wider North West region, Ashworth & Sterling Tailors Ltd. is pleased to offer the following bespoke garment services. Each item listed below has been discussed in detail during the initial consultation held at our Manchester premises on 10 June 2025, where our master Tailor took full body measurements, discussed fabric preferences, and confirmed design specifications with the client.

All prices are inclusive of standard materials as specified. Premium or alternative fabric selections may result in an adjusted Quotation Estimate, which will be communicated in writing prior to commencement of work.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after this period, our Tailor team in Manchester will reconfirm all pricing and fabric availability in writing.
A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount, being £2,307.00, is required to secure the client's place in our Tailor production schedule and to procure the specified fabrics from our mill partners.
The remaining balance of fifty percent (50%), being £2,307.00, is due in full upon the final fitting and prior to collection of the completed garments from our United Kingdom Manchester workshop.
Payment may be made by bank transfer (sort code and account details to be provided upon acceptance), by debit or credit card, or by cheque made payable to Ashworth & Sterling Tailors Ltd. Cash payments are not accepted.
All bespoke garments are constructed to the client's individual measurements by our Tailor and are therefore non-returnable and non-exchangeable. The complimentary alteration allowance (Item 05) is the sole remedy for minor fit adjustments.
Lead times stated in this Quotation Estimate are estimates based on our current production workload in Manchester. Delays caused by fabric supply issues, extreme weather, or public holidays will be communicated promptly, and the client will be offered a revised collection date.
Our Tailor workshop in Manchester operates Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30, and Saturday 10:00 to 14:00. Fittings and collections must be scheduled within these hours by prior telephone or email appointment.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the services described herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom Manchester.
Client measurements and design preferences are held in strict confidence by our Tailor and are stored in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

By signing below, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms set out in this Quotation Estimate for Tailor services provided by Ashworth & Sterling Tailors Ltd. in United Kingdom Manchester. The client authorises the Tailor to commence work upon receipt of the deposit.
