- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Pricing is subject to change after the expiration date due to fluctuating fabric costs in the United States market.
- A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the grand total, amounting to $2,038.66, is required to commence production. The remaining balance is due upon final fitting and garment collection at our Houston, Texas workshop.
- All bespoke garments are constructed by our Master Tailor and senior seamstresses in our United States Houston facility. No portion of the work is outsourced or manufactured overseas.
- Estimated completion timeline: bespoke suit and tuxedo — four (4) to five (5) weeks from deposit; dress shirts — ten (10) business days; alterations — five (5) business days; leather belt — seven (7) business days.
- One complimentary alteration session is included with each bespoke garment. Additional alterations beyond the included session will be billed at $45.00 per hour, subject to a minimum one-hour charge.
- All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. This warranty covers stitching integrity, button attachment, and structural seams. It does not cover damage caused by improper care, dry-cleaning errors, or normal wear.
- Client-supplied materials (as noted in Item 3) are the sole responsibility of the client. Our Tailor workshop assumes no liability for pre-existing damage, shrinkage, or color bleeding in client-provided fabrics.
- Payment may be made via check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), or bank transfer. A 3% convenience fee applies to credit card transactions exceeding $500.00.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and the deposit has been received. By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms listed herein.
- Any changes to the scope of work after production has commenced will require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and may result in additional charges and timeline extensions.
