- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in fabric costs, labor rates, or market conditions in the United States Los Angeles garment industry.
- A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated cost is required to commence any bespoke Tailor work. The remaining balance is due upon final fitting approval and garment collection at our Los Angeles, California studio.
- All bespoke garments are constructed to the client's exact measurements. Due to the custom nature of the work, bespoke items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once construction has begun, in accordance with standard Tailor industry practice in the United States.
- Alteration and repair services carry a thirty-day workmanship warranty. Should any stitching, seam, or structural element fail under normal wear within this period, our Tailor team will perform the correction at no additional charge.
- Turnaround times listed in this Quotation Estimate are estimates based on current workshop capacity. Delays due to fabric sourcing, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances in the Los Angeles area will be communicated promptly to the client.
- All work is performed at our licensed Tailor facility located at 1427 West 8th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90014, United States. Clients are welcome to visit the studio for fittings, consultations, and garment pickup during business hours (Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific Time).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement will be executed upon the client's written acceptance of this estimate and payment of the initial deposit.
- Payment may be made via check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank wire transfer, or Apple Pay. All amounts are quoted in United States Dollars (USD).
