- This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding proposal issued by Miami Bespoke Tailor Atelier, a registered Tailor business in the State of Florida, United States. It does not constitute a final contract until accepted in writing by the client.
- A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount, amounting to $1,613.03, is required to commence work. The remaining balance of $1,613.03 is due upon final delivery and client approval of all garments.
- All Tailor work will be performed at our facility in Miami, United States. The client will be required to attend a minimum of two (2) fitting sessions at our Brickell Avenue location during regular business hours (Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST).
- The estimated completion time of fourteen (14) business days begins on the date the deposit is received and the initial measurement session is completed. Delays caused by client unavailability for fittings will extend the timeline accordingly.
- Any changes to the original design, fabric selection, or specifications after the pattern has been drafted will be subject to an additional Quotation Estimate and may affect the total cost and delivery schedule.
- All garments carry a ninety (90) day workmanship warranty from the date of final delivery. This warranty covers stitching defects, seam failures, and structural issues attributable to the Tailor's workmanship. It does not cover normal wear, shrinkage from improper care, or damage caused by the client.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from this estimate shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
- Client measurements and design preferences are held in strict confidence by our Tailor team and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Payment may be made via cash, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer, or certified check. No installment plans are offered on this Quotation Estimate.
- By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein. The Tailor service will not commence until the deposit and signed acceptance are received.
