- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Pricing is subject to change after the expiration date due to fluctuations in fabric costs, labor rates, and material availability within the United States San Francisco market.
- A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total, amounting to $9,941.20, is required to secure the client's position in our Tailor workshop production schedule. The remaining balance of $9,941.19 is due upon final fitting approval and garment collection.
- All bespoke garments are constructed in our United States San Francisco atelier. The Master Tailor and senior fitters will conduct a minimum of two (2) in-person fittings per garment. Additional fittings, if requested by the client, will be billed at $75.00 per session.
- Turnaround times stated in this Quotation Estimate are estimates based on current workshop capacity. Delays caused by force majeure, extreme weather events affecting the San Francisco Bay Area, or client-requested design changes may extend delivery timelines. The client will be notified within 24 hours of any anticipated delay.
- All alterations and repairs are guaranteed for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of collection. This guarantee covers workmanship defects only and does not extend to normal wear, damage caused by improper care, or alterations performed by a third-party Tailor.
- Payment may be made via wire transfer, ACH, corporate check, or major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). A 3% convenience fee applies to credit card transactions. Net-30 payment terms are available to approved corporate clients upon request.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and dated the Acceptance section below. Upon execution, it becomes a binding service agreement governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
- The client acknowledges that all bespoke garments are made to individual specification. Cancellations after the cutting of fabric will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations after the first fitting will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Our Tailor team in United States San Francisco maintains strict confidentiality regarding client measurements, design preferences, and business relationships. All client data is stored securely and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in San Francisco County, California, before resorting to litigation in the appropriate United States federal or state court.
By signing below, the client authorizes Elite Tailor & Bespoke Atelier to commence the Tailor services described in this Quotation Estimate and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above. This document serves as the formal cost estimate and service agreement for all bespoke garment construction, alteration, and finishing work to be performed in United States San Francisco.
