- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the tailor workshop in Caracas, Venezuela, may adjust pricing due to changes in fabric import costs, labor rates, or the VES exchange rate.
- Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (VES 419,920.00) is required to initiate the tailoring process. The remaining 50% (VES 419,920.00) shall be due upon final delivery and acceptance of all garments. Payment may be made via bank transfer to a Venezuelan bank account or through a certified check issued in Caracas.
- Production Timeline: The estimated delivery dates listed in Section 2 are calculated from the date the deposit is received and the initial measurement session is completed at our Caracas workshop. Delays caused by client-requested design changes after the cutting phase may extend the timeline by up to five (5) additional business days.
- Quality Assurance: Every garment produced by our tailor team in Venezuela, Caracas, undergoes a minimum of three quality inspections: after cutting, after first fitting, and before final delivery. Any defect identified during these inspections will be corrected at no additional cost to the client.
- Warranty: This Quotation Estimate includes a 90-day post-delivery alteration warranty for all bespoke garments. This covers hemming, sleeve length adjustments, and minor waist or shoulder corrections performed by our in-house tailor in Caracas.
- Confidentiality: All client measurements, design preferences, and corporate branding details shared during the tailoring process in Caracas, Venezuela, shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the commercial laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of the state of Miranda, where the city of Caracas is located.
- Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until it is signed by both parties and the initial deposit has been received by the tailor workshop.
