The fabric selections referenced in this Quotation Estimate are sourced from our in-house inventory at the Tailor workshop in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. Should the client wish to substitute any material (for example, upgrading from Super 120s to Super 150s wool, or selecting a different silk weight for the tie), a revised Quotation Estimate will be issued within 48 hours at no additional charge. All fabrics are inspected for quality and colorfastness prior to cutting. The Tailor team will present physical swatches during the initial consultation to ensure the client is fully informed before production commences.
- Payment Schedule: A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order and release fabric for cutting. The remaining 50% balance is due upon final fitting approval, prior to shipping. Payments may be made via bank transfer (SWIFT), credit card (Visa/Mastercard), or cash at the Tailor studio in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision based on fabric market fluctuations and exchange rate changes between VND and USD.
- Production Timeline: The estimated turnaround periods listed above are calculated from the date of the final approved fitting. Delays caused by client-requested design changes after cutting will extend the timeline accordingly.
- Revisions & Alterations: One (1) round of minor adjustments (hem, sleeve length, minor fit tweaks) is included free of charge. Any structural rework or additional alteration beyond the initial fitting will be quoted separately by the Tailor team.
- Cancellations: If the client cancels after fabric has been cut, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations prior to cutting will receive a full refund within five (5) business days.
- Warranty: All bespoke garments carry a 90-day workmanship warranty covering stitching defects, lining separation, and button attachment. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, dry-cleaning errors, or normal wear.
- Shipping & Liability: Once the final payment is received and the client authorizes dispatch, the Tailor atelier in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City will arrange insured international courier delivery. The atelier is not liable for customs delays or import duties levied by the destination country.
