6. Any change in scope, additional duties, or extended contract duration shall be documented in a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate and signed by both parties before implementation.
7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent court in Kabul, Afghanistan.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted and countersigned by both parties.
