- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices are subject to revision in accordance with the prevailing inflation index published by the Banco Central de la República Argentina and the minimum wage adjustments established by the Comisión Nacional de Trabajo en Educación (CONADU / CTERA) for the Province of Córdoba.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) equal installments: 40% upon contract execution, 35% upon completion of the pedagogical orientation program, and 25% upon successful completion of the first six (6) months of the Teacher Primary deployment period. All payments shall be made in Argentine Pesos (ARS) via bank transfer to the account designated by EduCórdoba Professional Staffing S.R.L.
- Regulatory Compliance: All Teacher Primary placements under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the labor regulations of the Province of Córdoba, the national education law, and the specific provisions of the "Reglamento de Ingreso, Permanencia y Promoción del Personal Docente" applicable in Argentina Córdoba.
