- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and conditions are subject to review and may be revised to reflect changes in the Australia Brisbane education market.
- All monetary values in this Quotation Estimate are expressed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of applicable Queensland state levies unless otherwise noted.
- The Teacher Primary engaged under this Quotation Estimate must hold a current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers and a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the Queensland Police Service prior to commencing duties in any Australia Brisbane school.
- Payment terms: 25% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; remaining balance payable in quarterly instalments aligned with the Queensland school terms (Term 1: Jan–Apr, Term 2: May–Aug, Term 3: Sep–Nov, Term 4: Dec).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute an employment contract. - All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Australia Brisbane.
This Quotation Estimate assumes that the receiving school in Australia Brisbane provides a suitable classroom environment, access to the school's existing ICT infrastructure, and a designated parking space for the Teacher Primary. Costs associated with relocation, accommodation, or travel from outside the Brisbane metropolitan area are excluded from this estimate. Any additional professional development beyond the 20 mandated hours, or specialist support services (e.g., speech therapy, learning support), will be quoted separately.
