The Teacher Primary candidate placed under this Quotation Estimate must meet the following minimum qualifications as prescribed for primary-level educators in Bangladesh Dhaka:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a relevant subject from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission of Bangladesh, with teaching experience in Bangladesh Dhaka or equivalent regions.
