The total amount of this Quotation Estimate shall be paid in the following installments, all denominated in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and payable via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account of Educação Integral São Paulo Ltda.:
- 30% advance payment (R$ 17,220.00) due upon signing of the service agreement, prior to the commencement of the Teacher Primary recruitment process.
- 40% intermediate payment (R$ 22,960.00) due upon successful placement and onboarding of the Teacher Primary at the institution in Brazil São Paulo.
- 30% final payment (R$ 17,220.00) due upon delivery of the annual performance evaluation report and completion of all supervisory activities.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices and availability terms are subject to revision.
- All services related to the Teacher Primary position will be executed in compliance with the Brazilian Federal Constitution, the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (ECA – Lei 8.069/1990), the Law of Directives and Bases of National Education (LDB – Lei 9.394/1996), and applicable São Paulo state and municipal decrees.
- The Teacher Primary candidate must hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Pedagogy or a related field (licenciatura plena) and possess a valid registration with the Conselho de Educação do Estado de São Paulo (CEE-SP).
- Any additional services beyond the scope described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost quotation.
- The client institution in Brazil São Paulo is responsible for providing the physical classroom space, teaching materials, and any necessary technology infrastructure for the Teacher Primary to perform their duties.
- Confidentiality: All student records, institutional data, and personnel information handled during the execution of this contract are subject to strict confidentiality in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Lei 13.709/2018).
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to public health emergencies, natural disasters affecting the São Paulo metropolitan region, or government-mandated school closures, shall suspend the service timeline without penalty to either party.
