- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond the validity period will require a revised estimate reflecting current market conditions in China Beijing.
- The Teacher Primary engagement is for a fixed term of one (1) academic year (September 2025 – July 2026), with the option of renewal subject to mutual agreement and satisfactory performance evaluation.
- Payment shall be made in three installments: 40% upon contract signing, 35% upon the Teacher Primary's commencement of duties, and 25% upon successful completion of the academic year.
- BIESC shall bear full responsibility for the accuracy of the Teacher Primary's credentials, visa compliance, and adherence to all labor laws and regulations governing employment in the Chaoyang District, Beijing.
- Any changes to the scope of the Teacher Primary role, including additional teaching hours, extracurricular responsibilities, or multi-school assignments, will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately.
- This estimate does not include costs for teaching materials, classroom technology, or school infrastructure, which remain the responsibility of the requesting educational institution.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration under the Beijing Arbitration Commission in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
