The Teacher Primary engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be responsible for the following duties within the school premises located in DR Congo Kinshasa:

Delivery of daily instruction in French, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, and Civic Education for primary cycles 1 and 2 (grades 1 through 5).
Preparation of lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum of the Ministry of National Education, Higher and University Education (MENESU) of the DR Congo.
Assessment, grading, and continuous monitoring of student progress, with written reports submitted bi-monthly to the school administration.
Participation in parent-teacher conferences, school assemblies, and extracurricular activities as scheduled by the institution.
Maintenance of classroom discipline and a safe learning environment in accordance with DR Congo child protection regulations.
Collaboration with the school directorate and fellow teaching staff on pedagogical planning and institutional improvement initiatives.

Advance Payment: 20% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (2,566,000 CDF) due within 7 business days of contract signature to initiate the recruitment process for the Teacher Primary.
Progress Payments: Monthly disbursements of the Teacher Primary salary and associated allowances, payable on the 5th of each month via bank transfer to the account designated in Kinshasa.
Final Settlement: Remaining balance, including performance evaluation fees and any unused contingency, to be settled within 15 days of the end of the academic year (by 5 July 2026).
All payments shall be made in Congolese Francs (CDF) to a bank account domiciled in Kinshasa, DR Congo. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in DR Congo Kinshasa.
The engagement of the Teacher Primary is contingent upon successful completion of all screening, verification, and medical procedures outlined in this estimate.
Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment to the Quotation Estimate total shall apply.
Kinshasa Educational Services & Consulting shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-mandated school closures in the DR Congo.
All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Kinshasa, DR Congo.
This document constitutes a binding offer only upon written acceptance and signature by both parties.
