- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in the Ethiopian labor market, inflation, or operational costs in Addis Ababa.
- Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 40% upon contract signing, 35% upon completion of the pre-service training phase, and 25% upon successful completion of the academic year and final performance report submission.
- All Teacher Primary personnel recruited under this Quotation Estimate must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university, and must possess a valid teaching license issued by the Ethiopian Ministry of Education.
- The service provider shall comply with all labor laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, including the Ethiopian Labor Proclamation (No. 1156/2019), and shall provide social security contributions for all deployed Teacher Primary staff.
- Any changes to the scope of work, number of Teacher Primary positions, or deployment locations within Ethiopia Addis Ababa must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before implementation.
- The client reserves the right to terminate the contract with thirty (30) days’ written notice in the event of persistent non-performance or material breach by the service provider.
- All intellectual property, training materials, and assessment tools developed under this engagement shall remain the joint property of the service provider and the Addis Ababa City Education Bureau.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if unresolved, through the competent courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
